Skyline Residence: Warm Minimal Living

Overview

The brief called for a warmer minimal palette without losing the openness of the original shell. We re-planned circulation so the kitchen, dining, and living read as one generous sequence, then introduced tactile plaster, oiled wood, and soft metallics to keep the space from feeling cold.

Custom wardrobes and a media wall hide everyday clutter; drapery and layered circuits tame glare from sea-facing glass. Oakline handled technical drawings, workshop samples, and on-site coordination so finishes and furniture arrived in a single coherent handover.
